What are the best golf clubs to buy in the UK?
Our top pick for Golf Clubs in the UK is the MacGregor Golf DCT4000 Golf Clubs Set with Bag, 9 Clubs.

The MacGregor Golf DCT4000 golf clubs set is our top pick because its listing details all 9 clubs: a 460cc titanium driver, a 3 wood (15 degrees) and #4 hybrid (24°) in stainless steel, all three with regular flex graphite shafts, cavity back stainless steel irons from 6 to PW with regular flex steel shafts and a high MOI putter, plus a 12 months warranty. For a complete set with a sand wedge, the Wilson Stretch lists 10 clubs for players 167-186 cm tall; for taller golfers, the Ram Golf EZ3 Tall set is listed as +1".
This guide compares six golf club sets from MacGregor, SKYMAX, Callaway (the Strata set), Wilson and Ram, five complete sets with a bag and one hybrid iron set, on what each listing states: the clubs included, driver, shafts, irons, bag and warranty. Three of the six state a warranty: 2 year on the Strata, 12 months on the MacGregor and 1 Year on the SKYMAX.

Our process
How do we choose our picks?
We don’t lab-test products ourselves. Instead we synthesise current Amazon UK listings and published specs into clear, honest recommendations. We earn a commission if you buy through our links, but that never changes which products we rank.
Current UK availability
We check each pick against live Amazon UK catalogue data rather than last year’s model lists. Stock moves fast, so a listing can sell out after we publish.
Published specs
We compare manufacturer specifications so each pick is right for a real budget and use-case.
UK-specific fit
We factor in UK voltage and plug/fitting standards — details that generic global lists miss.

Only the Wilson states a player height range (167-186 cm), and the Ram EZ3 Tall is listed as +1".
